Contigo was founded as a sister company to Kirchner Law PLLC, a Virginia-based immigration law firm with over a decade of H-2B experience, led by attorney Meagan Kirchner, Esq., who stands behind both organizations. The two firms work in tandem with a clear division of labor: Kirchner Law handles legal case strategy and files cases with the U.S. Department of Labor and USCIS, while Contigo manages visa coordination, workforce planning, compliance management, and administrative preparation to reduce the burden on employers throughout the lifecycle of the program. Together, we give employers both the legal and operational support needed to run a successful immigration program.

Our Legal Partner
Meagan Kirchner was raised in a rural Virginia county- one stoplight, one high school, a community built on agriculture, trades, and seasonal work. Meagan is a first-generation college graduate who grew up helping with her father’s construction business, later working in various food service and hospitality jobs to put herself through college. She knows what it takes to run a seasonal operation, what it feels like when you can't find the workforce to grow, and how hard the work actually is.
That background isn't incidental to what she built. It's the reason she built it.
After more than a decade in H-2B and employment-based immigration law, including roles at some of the country's leading immigration firms, Meagan founded Kirchner Law PLLC in 2024 with a specific goal: solving the frustrations seasonal employers face when running real operations, with real workforces, and real consequences when something goes wrong.
She has guided hundreds of employers through the H-2B process across landscaping, hospitality, and seafood processing. Her consultative, hands-on approach encompasses the full lifecycle of an H2 program, from initial program design through DOL certification, USCIS approval, and consular processing. She is a recognized voice in the H-2B employer community and an active contributor to industry education.
